Graphics
Tufted Cut Pile Graphics machines use computer controlled tufting technology to generate custom designs ranging from small pin dots to medium size trellises. Tufted Graphic construction is the ideal spec for hotel guest rooms, as well as budget conscious public areas.
Colortec
Colortec is an advanced form of tufting, utilizing computerized yarn placement technology. Using the technique of individual needle control and intermittent cloth feed, Colortec is capable of producing up to 6 colors in complex patterns and designs, previously only achieved in woven Axminster.
Gravure
Our state-of-the-art Chromojet machines apply a pattern to a ‘white’ tufted carpet surface by injecting dye through high pressure jet heads, achieving near perfect dye penetration and design clarity.
